Happy Holidays!

Tonight I'm going to cook a nice Swedish Easter dinner with eggs, fresh salmon, and herring salad. I will also try out this yummy egg toddy recipe for dessert.

1 large tea-spoon white sugar
2 fresh eggs
½ wine-glass whipped warm milk
1 wine-glass white rum
A little boiled water

Fill a shaker with the ingredients, excluding the water, and shake up until they are thoroughly mixed. Pour the mixture into a glass, and pour on the hot water, grate a little nutmeg on top.
