Chocolate


You have been working hard all week and finally it is Friday, so why not treat yourself with something extra! One of life's little pleasures, chocolate, is going to be my goody this weekend.

The cocoa paste made from cacao seeds stimulates the secretion of endorphins, acts as an anti-depressant, and have a stimulating effect - no wonder it makes people addictive! Not only is it good for you, some say it works as a aphrodisiac that might give you feelings of passion and lust! And maybe they are right - you do enjoy wonderful feelings of well-being when the chocolate melts in your mouth...

Enjoy the chocolate plain with a glass of wine, or try this delicious recipe.

Chocolate Fondant
1 bar of dark quality Chocolate (3,5 oz)
2 oz Butter
2 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
0,5 cup Flour


Grease 2 small cups with butter. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it together with the butter in the microwave for a couple of seconds. Beat the eggs with sugar and mix with flour. Slowly fold in the melted butter and chocolate. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes. Serve with fresh raspberries!
