Forever young

I try to live my life as passionate as I can, and for me that signifies to be present, to do things that inspires me, and use commonsense when it comes to everyday chores such as cook, sleep, eat, work, exercise, etc. I have made a list of 10 things that I find preventing many of the negative effects of aging.

Smile
Wakeup with a smile and be optimistic! It will give you benefits as stronger immune systems and longer life.

Rinse
Wash your face in ice cold water (with no soap) for 1 minute in mornings so that swellings disappears and you feel invigorated. Remember to start your day by drinking a big glass of water to re-hydrate and rinse out toxics that your body has assembled during the night.

Eat
Try to eat small, balanced meals, throughout the day, and never miss breakfast. I eat oats in the mornings during weekdays, but for weekends I feast in fresh baked bread, fresh berries, and yogurt... Eat fresh fruits and vegetables several times a day!

Brush
A healthy smile means fresher breath and no oral infections. Brush your teeth at least 2-3 times every day and use a toothpaste with fluoride, it will helps speed up the process of building back-up the tooth structure. Remember to floss and visit your dentist regularly too!

SPF
Use a SPF 15 in front of computer to protect your skin from radiation. In the sun you probably need a higher SPF. Make sure it protects from both UVA and UVB!

Exercise
The benefits are so many; better sleep, manage weight, reduce stress... Workout for 1 hour 4-6 days a week, it will give you energy and strengths your body for life! I prefer to go to the gym, but you could take powerwalks outdoor, or buy a DVD for a home workout. Try to figure out a way to get yourself moving; take the stairs, jump of the bus 1 stop before yours, etc.

Enjoy
Have a massage, if not with a professional therapist, have your own home-SPA treatment. Pluck eyebrows, and do a facial treatment with a moisturizing mask.Do a manicure and pedicure, it is easy to do at home if you think it is to expensive or takes to much time to go to a professional. If you feel beautiful you appreciate yourself more and feel happy.

Hydrate
Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Use a face lotion that protects your skin against oxidation, and keep it hydrated. Stay away from soap, and exfoliate with care. Clean your face with a cleanser only in evenings, and do not wash your hair with shampoo more than 2-3 times a week, it will dry it out.

Boost
Take a nutritional supplement every day to make sure you have all the minerals and vitamins you need. It boost your immune system, strengthens cells, and keeps you well. My secret is Royal Jelly and Dr Donsbach Mivitotal.

Stretch
A regular stretching program can help lengthen your muscles and make daily living activities easier. You will have a better posture, tune your mind into your body, and increased circulation and flexibility. Try Yoga or Pilates, both practices are perfect for lengthening muscles and tendons.
