Spring is finally getting closer. This weekend I planted my first Tomato seeds and prepared (cleaned) the balcony – and this morning I visited a press breakfast arranged by the garden chain Plantagen. Jan Rundgren, creative director for Plantagen, talked about the upcoming garden trends for spring 2011 – Modern, Natural and Romantic are hot themes, as decorating in "Raw Nature" and with the color gray in all shades.
My favorites are all kind of grass, it is so simple but yet so beautiful when put together. If you choose the right species they are really easy to manage as well, says Jan. Well, in that case, I know what to pick for my balcony this season...
