Outfit: Lunch in the Swedish Archipelago

I'm going for lunch with my cousin at restaurant Oaxen (1 of the Worlds 50 Best Restaurants) located on an small island in Stockholm Archipelago, and for that occasion I need a "Navy/Marine" outfit.
